The vaping figures are an estimate since several states - 109 in total, and many in African and Asian regions - lack data.
Per the report, as of this past February this period, at least 86 million e-cigarette individuals were adults, mostly in developed nations.
And at minimum 15 million teenagers aged 13 and 15 already engage in vaping, according to studies from 123 states.
