The loved ones of teenagers missing after a deadly fire at a venue in a Switzerland's winter destination are enduring an excruciating wait for official news and appealing for clues about their loved ones via social media.
The inferno devastated the a popular bar in Cans-Montana, located in the Swiss Alps of south-west Switzerland, in the small hours of January 1st. Confirmed images depict the roof structure igniting as beverages with fireworks are raised in celebration.
Authorities have indicated that it could take considerable time to identify the victims of the fire, which claimed the lives of numerous partygoers and wounded another 119.
